Family Law

Ideal for property settlements where one spouse has control of the bank accounts but there is significant equity in the matrimonial home or superannuation.

Wills & Estates

Ideal for Family Provision Applications (contesting a Will) or complex Probate matters where assets are locked in the estate but fees need to be paid to resolve disputes.

4. How It Works

1. Consultation: We assess your case and determine if it’s suitable for JustFund.
2. Application: You apply online; we provide the necessary case details and outlook.
3. Approval: If approved, your legal bills (and sometimes court costs/valuation fees) are sent to JustFund for payment.
4. Settlement: When your case finishes and you receive your payout, JustFund is repaid from those proceeds.
